Data corrections

Petsomo (operated by xcircl LLC, Delaware) publishes a source-linked, timestamped facts layer about pet care providers. We want it to be right. Any business — whether or not it has claimed its listing — can ask us to review a record, and we commit to responding within 48 hours.
How we treat facts
- Attributed, not editorial. License and compliance fields are shown as attributed factual claims with their source and a timestamp — for example, “Verified against [State] Veterinary Board on [date]” — never as Petsomo’s editorial judgment of a business.
- Ratings are attributed. Star ratings and review counts are sourced from Google and labeled as such; they are not Petsomo’s own claim.
- Never fabricated. Where a veterinary license has not been matched against a state board record, the provider is labeled “not yet verified.” We do not invent verifications.
- Provenance on every field. Each provider record carries a stable identifier and, per field, a
sourceand averified_attimestamp.
Request a review or correction
Tell us the listing, the field, and what should change. Helpful details: a link to the listing page, the correct value, and — for a veterinary license — your state license number so we can match it against the board record. We review every request and reply within 48 hours. License and compliance fields will always be shown with their source and timestamp.
If you are the business owner, the fastest path is to claim your listing and submit corrections from your provider dashboard, including your license number for verification.
